Psychoeducation Groups
Psychoeducation groups are a great way to learn the skills you need to improve your sleep in a supportive environment with other people struggling with similar issues.
PLEASE NOTE: Dr. Jonelis serves as the group facilitator for the psychoeducation groups and not as your physician. Her role is to educate and facilitate discussion rather than provide medical treatment or therapy. If you would like individual support for your sleep, please schedule a clinic visit with Dr. Jonelis. Participation in the group does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Jonelis.
